The office staff is absolutely disregarding and have absolutely no people skills, including being rude to children. However SHELDON is one of the most caring, empathetic counseling professionals I have encountered. He makes a trip to my sons school to speak to him there if I work crazy hours. He is absolutely devoted to the children he works with If they could get some staff like him I firmly believe this place could hit 5 stars!
