I was nervous about visiting the Lowell Justice Center to visit the Probate and Family Court North that services numerous towns north of Boston including my own of Reading. After parking some distance away at the RMV lot, I was impressed by the beautiful building and friendly staff at the security checkpoint who helped me through the metal detectors and to the elevators to the 5th floor to submit my paperwork. The Family Court employees were quick to assist me to fill out the forms and made my visit quick and surprisingly easy. On the one hand, I hope I have few reasons to visit the courthouse in the future, but I know that if I need to it will be a great experience and I can expect all the friendly people working in Lowell to help me with my legal needs in the future.

Watch it on TV as well as don’t go to Lowell Superior Court or this new fking place unless you want to be treated unfairly and against people who don’t have to follow the judge rules that people put lawyers do not follow the civil procedure known search of records.
