I've had back pain for years but after physical therapy with Courtney I have had tremendous improvement and go many days completely pain free. Courtney is the absolute BEST, she has helped me more than I could have hoped for! She set me up with exercises to do at home that are easy to do but extremely beneficial in maintaining my progress.

This is my sixth trip there since 2016 for various postop rehab. The staff has been excellent from the beginning. I have a very difficult schedule and a short window to make appointments but like always fair if it was very accommodating and able to book me based around my time not their time. Danielle Dave and Courtney were fabulous as always and put me back together after my second shoulder reconstruction in five years. Can’t recommend them enough.

I am a veteran. I had to get shoulder surgery for a torn rotor cuff on June 2, 2021. I was recommended to Therafit by a PT i know in Seattle and the VA authorized me for 15 visits of PT for the first month, and to get more all I needed to do was have the provider request more, it is usually a 25 week recovery time frame so it isn't a big deal. I started PT the second week in July and into Aug. On Sept 8th they received Authorization for me to get another 15 visits to continue my recovery. When I called to book my following appointments they told me I couldn't because they haven't been PAID!!!!! Not a SINGLE PAYMENT. So I called the VA, after about a week of going through the paperwork it turns out that Therafit has been billing the VA directly and not Optum Healthcare network. That is who pays them, Optum, not the VA. When I first started receiving treatment they were given a complete package that explained this exact procedure and they haven't been following it because Optum pays 7 days after receiving the bill. Now I called them to see if I could come back in, AFTER 6 WEEKS of no ZERO communication, and they tell me that I can't book anymore appointments until they get paid. I had to take matters into my own hands for my recovery from surgery that could have a lasting impact in my over all health moving forward, between my Chiropractor, my Acupuncturist, and my Massage Therapist I'm making good progress but I don't have a strengthening routine yet and they refuse to give me the care that I was authorized but they weren't paid for because of a CLERICAL ERROR on their side of things. IF YOU ARE A VETERAN GOING THROUGH THE COMMUNITUY CHOICE NETWORK FIND ANY OTHER PROVIDER!

Went here because of sharp nerve lower back pain whenever I bend my back downwards or upwards. Visited almost every week with Daniel Hague for 3 months and not only did I recover, but I got a lot of information about how the spine, especially the hip region operates, so that I do not return to physical therapy. They give you a free shirt too when you get discharged.
