Overall i have been here for 4 months now and ive had too many disturbing experiences with the downstairs office, recovering packages and as well without my knowledge randomly a maintenance man had ended up entering my premises without any sort of notice while i was working. I called because I had no idea and again horrific customer service overall the office is absolutely terrible.

lived here for nearly 4 years and had a good experience. apartment is beautiful and spacious, great mill vibes with the high ceilings and brick walls. good spot near downtown too. staff has been friendly, time here has been peaceful. only moving out now due to needing to relocate and a little sad to go

Didn’t have time before to write a proper review so here it is. Massachusetts Mills apartments are in a prime location, downtown Lowell. Within walking distance of stores, food, coffee, hospital, churches if that’s your thing, Located right next to Kerouac park. The apartment I was in was huge. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big front room and living room with very high ceilings and plenty of sunlight. Staff was nice and did their job. Maintenance was pretty good considering the pandemic they worked with us to be safe. The building was really quiet for so many units. Plenty of parking for residents, and like I said no car no problem, almost everything is close including the commuter rail to north station. The mailboxes are conveniently at the front entrance which requires a key fob to enter. I really wish I didn’t have to leave, maybe some day I’ll look into moving back if possible. Highly recommend for people who like city life and big apartments.

Mass Mills cares about their tenants. The property manager, Angela, works very hard to make sure we are taken care of. She is always willing to go out of her way and do favors for us regarding parking passes, maintenance work, and everything we ask. The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. Everyone minds their own business and this apartment is so easy to make home and be cozy in. The location is amazing and the building can offer some great views. I give this apartment 5/5 for location, cleanliness, and staff. Awesome place to live!
