Yes find the rates at the ticketing machines but make sure ur not parking in the permit parking only so.eone says it's $3.45 per day excluding weekends which r free but I would double check
No, but you can take train or PATH since NJ to Manhattan, next you can take metro to Natural History Museum
It's a big park with many parking lots spread out. All of them have handicap parking spaces. It can get crowded on weekends and holidays.
No but there r ferries that do leave from liberty state park
