Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. Appointment was at 11 AM for hip MRI. I got out of there at 2:20 PM. The flow of the office was horrible. I was told to change into my gown and then head back into the waiting room until it was my turn. Never in my life have I ever needed to sit in a gown and wait with other patients in a waiting room. No privacy at all. The worst of all was the MRI technician. He made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Stood way too close while speaking and when I was getting ready to go into my scan, he put his entire body weight on me to plug something in instead of walking over to the other side. His full upper body was laying on my body when this happened. This felt more intentional instead of him just being lazy. I’ve never felt more violated in my life whilst doing an MRI. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Cary, the office manager went above and beyond to ensure that my son's MRI appointment was completed as expediently as possible. She and her staff were very easy to work with and very patient friendly.
