I recently began taking yoga and have quickly fallen in love with this studio. The space is calm and inviting, and all of the teachers have been warm and welcoming. I'm a mom of 2 younger kids, and also deal with anxiety. This has become a great way for me to disconnect and shut my brain off for an hour. I highly recommend this studio.

Hi! I’d love to have you at 402! Thank you for your interest. Our website is 402yoga.com and you can check out classes + pay online, sign into classes, etc. Pricing is as follows: charter memberships (a few left) $79 monthly auto draft. Block of 10 $100. Drop ins $15. Regular monthly unlimited will go to $99 after today. There is currently no contract, but, one must give 30 days written notice from next due date to cancel autodraft. Class descriptions and schedule listed on the website. All classes are “all levels” and practiced at your own pace; there will always be modifications offered for every practitioner from new to seasoned. Let me know if you have any questions.
