We had 4 rooms for a family trip... 3 had issues like no hot water and no air conditioning. The maintenance person didn't work on weekends so he wouldn't be able to look at the water (they did jiggle some wires and make the AC work)... because evidently a place open 24/7 only needs maintenance during weekdays. The air conditioning in the lobby was also broken. Texas during the summer makes that very pleasant... They were out of wash clothes. I"m not even sure how that happens at a hotel. And watch your bill. There is a $7.95 per night administration fee to pay for "their additional covid protocols". Which is the lamest excuse I've ever heard especially when there is ZERO evidence of that fee being used in the facility. They claim it's on the page where you sign in but none of us saw it and no one thought it was important to tell us there would be an additional charge. "Your card is just for incidentals". Right... and this small fee that I"m not going to actually say out loud to you, I'm just going to put it on your card. By the way our troubles were just ours... since we hadn't booked through them there was "nothing they could do". Just beware. Never had issues at a Holiday Inn until this one. They all seemed overwhelmed and the hotel needs work... and apparently staff. There were several events in the area that weekend so choices were limited at best. We will make a different choice next time.

The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff is awful!The rooms are horribly dirty...stained sheets, dirty hair-strewn floors, roaches, disgusting microwave and dirty moldy windows. They really need to fire their cleaning crew and find some people that know how to do some basic cleaning. It truly is a run-down hotel with little to no air conditioning in the hallways and lobby. If you have asthma, don't even step foot in this place. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Not sure how his place gets any positive reviews. We ended up leaving first thing in the morning and canceled our second night.

This place SUCKS! The room was infested with flying ants. There was absolutely no housekeeping during our three day stay even after multiple requests for clean towels and toile paper (had to supply our own in the end!) The excuse for no housekeeping was staff shortages. I cannot recommend this hotel and the 8.1 rating on Booking.com is a con job - don't believe it.

I rarely get the chance to travel and stay at hotels, but my experience here was amazing. The staff is SO sweet and nice. The lady at the front desk is the best - and is incredibly thoughtful. I had two small children with me, and she went above and beyond to make sure they had a great experience. It was my 3 year olds first time in a hotel and he asked to go back about a week ago because he had so much fun. 10/10 recommend.
