my dad recently applied here and they were very rude over the phone. they made him pay the deposit even before getting approved. a few days later he was denied and didn’t get his deposit back. i wouldn’t live here it’s just a scam

Under new management and while trying to help get my son and gf approved. (This is so in a 4 week span) The communication was horrible. No one knew what they where doing. Did not answer phone so we had to drive up there to actually talk to some one. When we did we waited patiently to then be booted out because the girl had to leave for eviction notice. She could have waited and spoke to us, the eviction could have waited 10 min. We had given them money and no response yet. On another day we couldn’t get ahold of them and we drove back up there and doors are locked. Thought maybe it was their lunchtime so we waited and came back in a couple of hours the doors were still locked we left voice messages no calls were ever returned. Few days later we went back (because phone wasn’t answered) and found out they weren’t approved and we asked about a co-signer they gave us paperwork to fill out. We filled it out and gave all our personal information to later find out they don’t do co-sign apps. (Um ok well your girl gave us the paper to fill out, how were we to know) Nakeetha (the new mgr and I’m sure I spelled it wrong) called to tell them they aren’t approved. They didn’t understand and had me speak to them. While on the phone the mgr was yelling and speaking over me and didn’t let me get a word in edge wise. Very rude and disrespectful. I was trying to find out when they would get deposit back and how long that takes. She continued to yell at me trying to explain their mistakes. While she should have just owned it saying she didn’t know they didn’t do co-signers and not sure why the other girl gave us a paper to fill out instead of telling us that it was or fault. Because we make well over the amount they requested for the original co-signer app that was originally needed. I finally had to yell over her to get my question out and she then hung up on me. Very poor customer service and the new manager needs a few classes in business etiquette. We have since spoken to another apartment complex and they told us not good things about this business so we are considering ourselves blessed to not have to deal with this business. God always has a plan and he knew this pathway at Blue villa was not a good one! So before you hand over the paperwork and deposit to this place check around. Although the price seems good the attitudes and customer service is NOT!

Do not move here! Spend the extra money and go across the lake or anywhere else. Interacting with management was the worst experience, was talked to in a disrespectful tone always. Work orders take months to get done. Had disturbing words written on the wall bleeding through my paint and was told it would take a week to fix, they came in with spray paint a month later and was told they would paint over it, they never did and 2 months later the words remain bleeding through the spray paint this time. Communication with management is non existent, had multiple instances of people entering my apartment without notice or permission. Cut my losses and broke my lease just to leave. Whole building is unkept and dirty. My apartment was dirty upon move in, with broken fixtures. Not worth the $1000 a month. Please take the warning and move anywhere else.

You pay your own electricity & they split water/trash/pest control between building tenants.

They go through your credit, our credit is not in the best shape and they let us move in.
No it cost you money, wouldn't consider living there if I were you the place is trashy the gates are always broken it's ghetto they never fix anything over there and they would charge you out the YING YANG! I recommend a nice Community to live in is Hunter's Cove Apartments!
I'm not sure. I lived there for 5 yrs was not very happy with management I have moved else where I suggest you look else as well.
