I live within walking distance and when I walked in I saw that there was nobody in the dining room. I stood there for several minutes watching a man with his back to me doing something and eventually he turned around to see me, didn't say a word and continued to do what he was doing. Meanwhile, I can hear everyone else chatting and laughing. Again, nobody in there. I waited a few more minutes and a young man wearing a headset said "we'll be right with you boss" and walked away. I waited another few minutes and said loudly "THANKS FOR NOTHING" . I will never return. Dave would be furious but none of the youngsters even know who he was. Never again. They didn't want my money and will never get another dime. Clearly poor management and it makes sense that nobody was there. I just read all of the 1 star reviews (only because they don't offer negative stars) This place needs to be demolished. And I will edit this daily so it will be the first one everyone sees.

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time but was in Sebastian and wanted to go... horrible! Waited more than 20 minutes for a dine in order. I was asked three times what I ordered which was the Pretzel Pub Burger and Pretzel Chicken. I got the burger and chicken but not on the Pretzel bun. When I brought it up she went to someone who told her they were out. Shouldn't I have been told that? The manager should have told me not the employee. No offer of anything for the inconvenience. I know we are in hard times but there is still something called customer service. Would not go again 😐 🙄

food sucked. fries were soggy, I subbed the american cheese for pepperjack and it came out looking like 4 pieces of processed cheese clumped together. Way too much cheese. couldnt even eat the spicy nuggets bc bot only were they cold but they were as tough as rubber. the best part of the meal was the dr. pepper. I ended up just scraping the cheese off and eating almost everything but the nuggets bc I was literally starving. I probably will never go to this or order uber eats from this wendys ever again

5 stars to Seraphina and Jayden their service was wonderful in all areas so glad to see new faces and great customer service! However , 3 stars to quality. Wendy’s has gone down hill in quality.

Same thing happened to me
I have had this happened so many times I can't even start to tell you so what I do is once I pull up to the window to receive my order I stay in my car until I've gone through the bag opened up each sandwich and looked at it to make sure it had on it what I want on it I've ordered plain burgers before and have them give them to me with all the stuff on it so I know what you're going through so this works for me and if it's not right I had it right back in the window at them I don't care who's in the car behind me because it's my turn at the window and I want to make sure my orders right before I leave and the only way to do that is open up the sandwiches and look and see what's on it if it's right I drive away if it's not a hand it back to them you also have to ask them salt pepper napkins they might just put one single napkin in your bag so like I say don't leave the window without looking in your bag and seeing what you got
