Why can't your employees follow simple instructions? I ordered two plain cheeseburgers meaning I wanted cheese and beef and bread only. I got home to find both sadwiches loaded with all the stuff I didn't want. Thanks!

I have had this happened so many times I can't even start to tell you so what I do is once I pull up to the window to receive my order I stay in my car until I've gone through the bag opened up each sandwich and looked at it to make sure it had on it what I want on it I've ordered plain burgers before and have them give them to me with all the stuff on it so I know what you're going through so this works for me and if it's not right I had it right back in the window at them I don't care who's in the car behind me because it's my turn at the window and I want to make sure my orders right before I leave and the only way to do that is open up the sandwiches and look and see what's on it if it's right I drive away if it's not a hand it back to them you also have to ask them salt pepper napkins they might just put one single napkin in your bag so like I say don't leave the window without looking in your bag and seeing what you got

This happens to me quite often. They get an attitude when you point it out to them. I really should stop going there. Wendy's by the mall is just as bad. Food is always lukewarm. Chili is never hot when i get it. Buns aren't fresh either.
