I haven’t had any many issues with this location. The one thing I have a complaint about is they should have installed new carpet or laminate before we moved in. They did offer to replace the carpet after we had most of our furniture and other things moved in; but by that time the movers were gone and it was too late to replace the floor with everything already already moved in. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. The staff have always been professional and friendly.

For my first rental experience, the bar is high thanks to them! It was beyond expectations & catered to a very smooth process with a beautiful unit as a result. Vanessa was very thorough & communicative. Tony also provided plenty of extra care in any additional concerns we had. Can’t recommend enough!

Tony was really great throughout the entire tour as well as the application and leasing process! When touring, he showed me multiple units and what those floor plans and appliance updates looked like for my budget and move in time frame. He remained patient with me and happily answered my many questions through the entire process and made it all extremely easy. I feel confident with my decision in signing a lease at Grayson Ridge and I’m excited for my move in December!
