Great apartment to live in. Ofdice staff is very professional & always gives you a since of security! Melissa is very good at what she does as we really appreciate how smooth she made the process for my sister and I. If i could rate 10 stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! All smiles here 😀😊

I have lived here 2 months. The apt is updated. But it is infested with Roaches. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to get rid of them.I pay monthly for Pest Control. They have been out several times. They are worthless. There are nests in the walls and that is not treated. Mgmt will not change companies. I'm a nervous wreck from it and miserable. Don't move here. They are too busy with getting leases filled to take care of the ones they have. Also, W/D connections are 110 volt. Also, AC did not work when I moved in. Also, water temperature in shower fluctuates from lukewarm to scalding. Also, pools still not open. Is now July 6th. Keep looking.

Bad Karma

I can honestly say we have had MULTIPLE headaches with management since we moved in back in August. During our FIRST 3 DAYS at the complex 2 of our cars got towed WRONGFULLY. We have complained about neighbors shaking our entire unit NIGHTLY, causing our things to fall and break. And as of today 7/4/2022 we received a random eviction notice???? For over $800 in RANDOM CHARGES that were NEVER brought to our attention. We have been here for about a year now with no payment issues, no violations and suddenly an EVICTION NOTICE???? And of COURSE the front office is closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Spare yourself a headache. I am writing this in hopes that someone from management will contact me ASAP.

So, we have been here almost a year and have constantly had a promise of getting a washer and dryer connections and set, which is why we moved into these apartments, but we have yet to get either and the laundry center has also been out this entire time. Office staff is rude and don't listen to issues. Anytime we've had an issue, they seem to give us some abbreviated response and almost shoo us out as if they shouldn't be bothered with such things as the apartment complex they manage.
