My daughter lives there apparently the office doesn't have the power to make repairs at will. They have to wait for the main company to make the call on all repairs and they are in cheap mode right now. Garage has to be paid and they have not paid Waste Management in 2 months.
Hi Andy we offer both renovated and classic styled units. Those rents range from $1125-1185 in the classic style, and $1325-1375 in the renovated style. This does not include other monthly dues such as the facilities fee or pest control fee. You will also offer valet trash 5 days a week, and water/sewer is sub metered (your own consumption). You have the option to rent washer/dryer sets, detached garages, and/or carports.
