So some genius decided that instead of hiring tree trimmers to maintain the trees on the property they would just go around and cut them all down.... My apartment used to be shaded all summer due to a large tree outside. Now its gone and I can already tell my A/C is struggling to keep the apartment cool due to the units being 30+ years old. Not only are these apartments getting more expensive year over year while continuously deteriorating, now my electricity usage is going to double during the summer....

Reasonably priced apartment complex with amazing management. Between maintenance and the front office they are all amazing to work with. Also for anyone looking for a place to live that you aren’t able to see in person Ms. Faith is the best person to work with. She made it a seamless experience and made it all workout amazingly.

Seems like a nice complex, my immediate neighbors are very nice and friendly. Several residents have dogs which is nice to see, however, EVERYONE needs to clean up after their pets not just some. Also I will suggest that the garbage company empty the dumpsters more frequently. Faith, the Leasing Specialist is very friendly and always willing to assist or answer questions.

Where’s the apartment I’ve ever lived at. Neighbors were loud awful. My car got broken into twice. The cops were always called. After trying to contact the office multiple times on several occasions never got a call back and still have not received my deposit after seven months of not living there. I understand the apartments are older but every time it would rain my closet would flood I called maintenance several times no one ever came out to fix it.If I could give zero stars I would. The ladies upfront are very nice when you can actually get a hold of them.
