I was traveling with a friend and we were starving and decided to stop at S&S. I don’t appreciate self service ordering.. then I had to clean my own table off to be able to sit. The place was so under staffed the chili lunch and FF my friend and I ordered took every bit of 30 minutes to get from the kitchen. I feel sorry for the lack of management and staffing. The floors are sticky and there is a very strong smell of a non food item I can’t place my decision on as to what it is!! Please proceed with caution attempting to seek nutrition here! Happy eats!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I looked it up and it said that it closed at midnight. I got there before midnight and the woman on the speaker said that they were closed and I asked them if they still closed at midnight and she said they did. It wasn’t midnight and she said that they were closed so I wasn’t able to eat there

I was there at 2am after a concert. The staff was super nice and they had the food ready really quickly!

After looking after her to give her an answer because she was yet swiftly walking away. I told her that I was. She said that is good. I put the menu down and walked out of the restaurant.

The workers don't listen or anything go elsewhere.

After picking up a menu on my own to have my order ready when I was acknowledged no one still said a word to me. After several minutes one of the two cooks turned and said welcome to steak and shake someone will be right with you. No word from waiter

Sorry about that but when I went in it was awesome service and really good people there I apologize you went through this situation has Steak and Shake but my personal experience wasn't as bad as if it was actually awesome

Always understaffed. Everyone looks stressed. There is tension among some of the staff. The service is getting worse. The health office food grade is now a low B. What is going on? Perhaps it is time for the owners to retrain management and staff.

The staff has reached a point if being slow and nit careing about the needs of the guest. The last time ny husband and i went it took 30 mins to get our milk shakes, and a hour to get our food. By the time we got it, it was dried out and cold. Dont go to this stake and shake.
