I was very disappointed in the woman who picked up the phone at the Derby location around 2:50pm. She didn't give me her name. The woman was very rude, didn't introduce her name. And couldn't care less about my questions. She hung up on me, I wasn't rude. I had questions and she seemed to be frustrated. I am sorry if she is going through personal issues, but that is no way to treat a guest... Will avoid shopping at this location. Please have her trained in better communication, if nothing is wrong.. Then she doesn't like her job and should retire or work somewhere more suitable. Maybe in the back end.

I purchased rose from them n return within 24 hours. Since I don’t have receipt they gave me gift card. After a week I found receipt n found out they just gave me $13.49 but actual price was $26.98. When I visited them n talk abt the issue they told me they even don’t owned that nursery. This is just robbery I will never go to this place in my life.

Covid-19 practices at Home Depot social distancing is encouraged although the high volume of customer and contractors makes it difficult at times, masks are worn, and the ceilings are high if that counts for anything. Know before you go is my moto so you can get in and get out. They are very accommodating and if you call to check if a product is there, and ask how much, where is it located you could get in and out fairly quickly. They offer curbside pick up, and delivery.
