Went there to get my blood drawn on the morning of 9/6. the girl who drew on me was extremely rude. Complained the whole time about how her room was disorganized then chastized me for "not drinking water the morning of" my appointment. I've been a phlebotomist almost 10 years now and probably know more than her. First and last time I will ever go to this location again and I will continue going to Shelton.

This is the worst customer service , I don’t think they have a receptionist, you call the number and you can’t get anyone on the phone . Don’t walk in without making an appointment online they will turn you away. Also print out any lab orders because the won’t print it or give you there fax to send it over .

This place tortured my 2 year old! One of the techs obviously couldn't draw his blood correctly and had to get another tech to do his other arm! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE TODDLERS! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!
