Always understaffed. Everyone looks stressed. There is tension among some of the staff. The service is getting worse. The health office food grade is now a low B. What is going on? Perhaps it is time for the owners to retrain management and staff.

The staff has reached a point if being slow and nit careing about the needs of the guest. The last time ny husband and i went it took 30 mins to get our milk shakes, and a hour to get our food. By the time we got it, it was dried out and cold. Dont go to this stake and shake.

It took a long time for us to get seated because there were so many dirty tables. We got asked three times how many were in our party. Once seated it took about 15 minutes for someone to take our order. It took around 30 minutes for our food. We waited another 30 minutes to get our milkshakes, after being told it would take around 10 minutes. Finally, the bill was wrong. The waitresses had a disagreement on the floor. The list goes on.

I found the servicer to be stressed. The place is under staffed. The food was not what it used to be. Unless there's a change we probably won't go back.
