Actually the service was terrible when I visited also.
Ive been plenty of times and yes sometimes slow but my server Hunter is amazing once he gets it down he will just bring im sorry i just lobe thos place
It was about 630 700 at night when me and my family went and the servers didnt want to do no more then they had to and got a attitude when asked to do a lil more
I'll make sure not to estimate my time of arrival at this specific steak n shake
