Very nice people but they will make you late for whatever you have to do that day. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the first appointment of the day at 8am. I am now over an hour late for work. Just go to Take 5, they’re faster at 5pm on a Friday.

I have now waited over 2 hours to get a tire serviced here on Normandy. It's horrible...1 tire to be fixed never come to this location. I have a credit card with Tires Plus and the service is horrible. I will cancel my credit card. The staff is horrible unsatisfactory in my book.
For the 2 tires that I chose, my cost for an suv with 17 inch diameter was about $250. For flushing and changing the brake fliud, changing 2 of the rotors and pads, flushing the radiator, and adding coolant, an additional $400-600. But that was for my Acura.
