This place lacks customer service skills. We had an an appointment for 11:00, and didn’t get seen for about 30 minutes, the line was very slow moving, and that was fine, but the experience became bothersome once we got to the service desk. The black guy with glasses needs more training on customer service. He barely acknowledged us, and moved very slow. We reserved a dolly online, and when we asked him for it, he tells us “we don’t have any.” We told him again to check, because it was part of our reservation. He sighs like we are bothering him, and disappears for 10 minutes. He comes back with the dolly, and we thank him, and he goes back to ignoring us. He then proceeds to walk back and forth messing around with the computer and keys. We wait patiently for a long time, and he provides no updates about what’s happening. He then disappears again without speaking, and after 5 minutes, comes back and says nothing. I ask him “is there an issue with the reservation”, and he responds with an attitude “I just got back on the computer”, to which my response is “you’re not speaking to us about what’s happening”, and he proceeds to, instead of showing customer service and update us, starts being rude and arguing with me. He doesn’t explain why the process was taking 20 minutes to check out, and then rudely excuses himself with “well, I got you a dolly”, as if he’s doing us an additional courtesy, but we ASKED for the dolly when the reservation was made online- which he initially told us they didn’t even have before looking. Once we finished (11:45 now), we went outside and saw several dollies just hanging out front. If you lack people skills, maybe you shouldn’t be working with people. I’m very turned off by this location.

UHAUL hire more staff to handle the amt of business you have. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back after 15 and staff nicely told me they are slammed.

This is the absolute worst U-Haul location I’ve ever had to deal with. Multiple same day cancellations for deliveries and no help from the staff. Give me my stuff U-haul!

I am going to have to give a huge shout out to Leonard Jones. He definitely went above and beyond for me. Due to unforeseen events I was barely able to make it to the U-Haul center about 10 minutes prior closing. This was many hours after I said I would be there on the reservation. I could tell that they were getting ready to close up. But Mr. Jones came out and without hesitation gave me a big smile and a handshake. He helped me with what I needed. I apologize for being late, but he told me not to worry, that he understood that sometimes moving doesn’t go as planned. And that he was more than happy to help. This man is an asset to that establishment and a kind human being. Give this man a raise!

Do people turn in photos from auctioned storage?
I don't know this for certain but given how corporate the Uhaul business structure is, and given they have only Uhaul branded merchandise in their as stores, i would guess that they would not install something you got online. Be safe and call the manager and ask.
