I went down to Jacksonville on a whim and found this tattoo/piercing studio. No research. Spur of the moment. Best decision. The store was clean and staff was extremely friendly. My piercing specialist was Red. She was fun and relatable and all around fantastic. She explained the process and let me know what she was doing and when she was doing it. And she was very gentle when piercing the skin. She explained in detail the after care and gave me written instructions as well. Highly recommend this shop and Red as your piercing specialist.

I went to Eric's tattoo had appointment at 12pm, it was not open but the open sign was on, the young lady that works there name Red she could not get in on her on, she said he had to wait on her boss, she was very kind, she tried to call him but no answer, ... Shameful! We will not ever come back. We waited for 30 min, It was 3 people waiting, never again.
