My fav is the darn alcapurias and the canoa and the everything else and the passion fruit frozen drink yummy. I've had take out and have dinned in as well.

I believe so. There was a proposal happening the day my family & I went to Norwind's. I saw lots of preparation happening in outside portion of the restaurant so I think they do. I have to say indoors is quite small but Norwind's has an outside space within the restaurant. I have no idea how that's used during cold seasons but it seemed larger than the indoor space. Hope this helps!

This is Brooklyn. There's never any parking. You have to find it. Now, Norwind's has great : food, drinks and atmosphere . There not responsible for your parking. I recommend this place.
I think 10 p.m. I'm not sure but I don't go there anymore the service is very lousy it's just more of a bar
