I made a huge mistake on delivery address and had no idea how to proceed. The delivery driver, Clinton, went quite a bit out of his way to make things right for me. I did pay an additional fee but found that more than fair in today's economy. I was just so relieved that he offered a solution and was so good in his communication. The recipient reported that her roses were beautiful and the fruit was fresh. I am happy with my first edible arrangements purchase.

The owner's wife (a.k.a, the Manager) is rude and unprofessional. After calling for 2 days to inquire about my order not being delivered, I was met with attitude and disrespect. I was told one thing yesterday that it would be delivered by 7 pm... Then told today it hadn't even been made to be delivered, and when I asked when it would be delivered, I was told,' I don't know what you want me to tell you'... Then, when I asked to have my order canceled, refunded, and an email confirmation, she hung up the phone. I came back and got a nice young man who attempted to help, but I could hear he and another employee in the background talking trash. she then got back on the phone, pleasantries were exchanged, and again asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. she hung up. I eventually was able to speak to the owner, who said he would cancel my order, refund me, and he would send the confirmation email.... that was around 1 today. it's 5 now and yet no email and no response to my text I sent him. NEVER again.

Waited two hours for 6 strawberries. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I wanted a refund all of a sudden they were made. Yall are ruining your business.
