I believe so. There was a proposal happening the day my family & I went to Norwind's. I saw lots of preparation happening in outside portion of the restaurant so I think they do. I have to say indoors is quite small but Norwind's has an outside space within the restaurant. I have no idea how that's used during cold seasons but it seemed larger than the indoor space. I do not recommend it! The service is horrible and today I went and the waitress treated us very badly, I gave the complain to one of the owners called Luis and he hung up the phone. The truth is that they have to learn to treat the customer better.
