Horribly rude staff. If you put in a work order request don’t expect for it to be completed. We moved out in the beginning of the month but paid the rent for that month and mid-way through the month we went to get the last of our stuff and realized they changed the locks, and started remodeling the place. When we call they said we did it to get ahead of the game.

After 10 years of residency my time has come to an end abruptly but welcomed. Over the years there have been NUMEROUS management changes however with the current team being managed by Cedric I have hope for the future. He was very helpful in providing additional time for my move out which was VERY APPRECIATED. Overall my stay at the property was pleasant……..the biggest issue was management, which I believe is making a turnaround.

There is lot rent plus utilities I believe. We were looking at buying a place if possible. I am not sure about the rental prices.

I believe so. It does list homes for sale I believe. Have a good walk through before renting or buying and ask questions. We did not ask enough.
I think it varies, but at least $400 a month. That does not include water, utilities or garbage.
It is on their website. As the rent varies on the size and condition of the apartments, the best way to find the rent would be to check their website.
