I have been training since 2004. I moved to the area a little over a month and a half ago and I absolutely love training here. The instruction and class structure are all great, and the training is awesome. The academy is great for everyone, including kids, beginners and advanced students. The atmosphere is very welcoming and you feel like you're part of a team. I highly HIGHLY recommend this academy. This is one of the best places I've ever trained at, and the best one in South Florida. They have a great kids program too, I plan to sign my niece up for it soon.

I have been training at Renzo Gracie Lake Worth Academy since day 1 when they opened in June 2018. Professor and coaches are excellent. You will learn more than just self defense here, Jiu Jitsu teaches respect for others, and for yourself and it will challenge you to push your boundaries, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
