I purchased a charger like two months ago, I went back to the store to let them know that it wasn’t working right or something was wrong. One of the employees was testing the charger and the wire of the clamp came off and I ask for the store manager because of course definitely it’s something wrong and the quality it’s not there and the store manager was so disrespectful never mentioned his name, I feel so bad for this franchise company, what type of customer services they are providing to the customers!!!! I will definitely go somewhere else but not this company anymore.
