How are the schools in this area? Is the price on the website what you pay or is there also lot rent on top of that?

There is lot rent plus utilities I believe. We were looking at buying a place if possible. I am not sure about the rental prices.

The schools are good and the elementary and middle are with in walking distance. What it says is what I paid.

House payment plus lot rent. It's less than rent in some of the homes there.

The schools are great. Come on down!
