my doctor wrote a specific script for a specific medication brand and they filled it with generic. So I called to ask them to order the correct one and they said it would be ready the next week tuesday morning. I called tuesday morning and they said it should be ready by three. I went out of my way to come to this walgreens at 3 and they said it was not ready till tomorrow. I am so dissatisfied and annoyed.

Hard to believe that management is unable to fix the problems and incompetence that is infested here. Finding another pharmacy, just have to drive farther.

My doctor called in a prescription for Paxlovid because I just tested positive for covid. I called to give them my insurance information because this isn't my usual pharmacy. They told me that the prescription "timed out" which meant they couldn't process it and to call back in an hour. I called back and they told me the prescription was ready for pickup. So I drove halfway across town only to find out that the presc6was still timed out. Apparently, that means the insurance won't pay for it. So I said I would pay cash. But they wouldn't sell it to me. Absolutely surreal! I left without the medication that was prescribed for me. Very frustrating.
