The property is maintained very well. All common areas are free of any debris or trash. The room I booked was available immediately upon arrival and was very clean. Parking along the front is almost always full and challenging to find a spot but there are plenty of spaces along the rear of the property. Will definitely return during another visit to the DFW market

We had a great stay! My husband and I stayed for a week for work and the staff was absolutely incredible. The rooms were big but a little outdated, not that that hindered our stay at all. Diana and Precious at the front desk were always so amazing! They helped with anything and everything and always had a contagious smile! With the odd work hours only got to have the breakfast once but the Texas shaped waffles were so cute!! Over all we would definitely choose to stay here in the future as well as recommend it to others!!!!

EXCELLENT STAFF The assistant GM Emily was amazing we didn't have soap so she went above and beyond to make sure we got more because shipping had just arrived she is amazing and very kind person all around!

The worst stay in all stays I have ever had. Old out dated dusty. Worst breakfast ever. Egg buffet with half cooked sausage everyday. Found bugs in my fruit. Rude management. Had a Manager Emily Bowen knock no bang on my door midday for payment. Mind you I had been staying here for months on a travel assignment. I worked overnight slept during day. Once the mis communication was resolved she didn't even apologize. I was concerned about my safety. There was even an active shooter at the hotel one day and we were told to walk 2 by 2. Loud noisy guest and staff can be heard all day. There are dust mites in the rooms. The ac filters are not changed. There were dog hairs in washers. I can go on and on. Marriott should be ashamed. This place should be shut down if they wont do better. Wish i could give it 0 stars. Hotel has yet to respond to my complaint about management.
