I feel like the complex doesn't have enough reviews regarding the true experience of living here. Personally, I haven't had many issues living here, and encourage anyone considering Villaggio to definitely take a tour if any units are available for viewing. I'd say this is the second best complex I have lived in. So here we go: I've lived here for a bit over a year, and as long as rent does not raise astronomically year-over-year, anticipate continuing to renew my lease until I am ready to purchase my own home. I'd like to point out that I moved at the beginning of the new management takeover, and during the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic. My move-in experience was not the best, but because of those two reasons: I will let it go and not hold them accountable for it. Couple of important things to note (good and bad): 1. AT&T is unfortunately the only provider for this complex. It doesn't appear that will be changing anytime soon. Thankfully, I've never had any issues with my services, however with the lack of competition: it could creep up in cost for internet unless you as the consumer work something is worked out with AT&T directly. 2. Depending on the building you'll residue and direction; parking can be extremely limited depending on the time of night you return home. There are buildings that have optional carports and garages. Some -- like mine -- only have access to the costlier garages. I get home at a decent hour so no issues really, but I'd like a carport sometimes. 3. Complex is extremely quiet. I honestly don't speak to my neighbors, except when in passing and haven't had any issues with noise or disturbances. 4. The maintenance team is amazing, and I can't stress that enough. I haven't had any major problems that required me to be out of commission for longer than 24 hours. If I'd place a ticket that night, they are at my door the next morning with a resolution (or replacement). Sometimes they are there the same day if the ticket is done earlier in the morning. 5. The office team does not answer the phone a lot of times. I understand they are busy at times, and sometimes people are not available, but in my year and change I've been here: I have had to walk up to the office for an issue more than they have actually picked up the phone. Once you get ahold of them, they're pretty nice. May have to be a bit persistent for resolutions though. 6. Fees: Can't miss them, can't get rid of them, can't opt out of them. There used to be a personal delivery fee that -- thankfully -- was disposed of after the complex found out that not many people utilized it. Now, they've incorporated a yearly amenities fee that we can't opt out of for the gym, game room, pool, etc. Mind you, these amenities -- that I personally have never used -- had been closed for the better part of a year (pandemic) before reopening recently. There's also a valet trash fee that you -- again -- can not opt out of. Overall, my living experience here has been great. I wish the office was a bit more engaging and provided more solutions to issues besides a "it's required", "in your lease addendum", or a "no control" answer to my few nitpicks. Otherwise, amazing place to live and convenient surrounding area to be in.

I had a bad experience with the representative who advised me to apply (Alejandra Cortes). I was honest by telling her that I am a foreigner and I have only been in the USA for 1 year as a legal resident, so I am in the process of building my credit score, but I currently rent an apartment under my name, I have electricity and internet bills and my work information that gives me the support to rent an apartment there… She confirmed that this would be taken into account and convinced me to apply. I paid $225 dollars for the application and It was denied because of no inability to verify employment. My complaint is the following: the representative gave me the wrong information so that I would pay for the application knowing from the beginning that It would be denied. I felt discrimination from the unit, they didn't even call the company where I work to ask for references. I hope this information can help to prevent someone else from being cheated and losing their money.

Nice inside the apartment…but my bills were constantly overcharged and incorrect. I’ve had to make several calls and in person meetings to try to correct them. Never heard back from management. Bought a garage after my car was broken into and they assigned the garage to someone else after I have had it for almost a year. I have had the clicker and the key to the unit that was given to me by management and somehow it’s my fault they messed up and didn’t add my name on the garage.

Cool apartments to live in especially after the manager was changed. The maintenance folks are response and courteous. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I had to live in the apartment whilst they were fixing the place due to floods and my rent was increased during the same period as well as being cited a violation because I put a bike out due to the renovation.
