I am very disappointed that the rent of the lot is excessively expensive, they do not allow you to have objects or some belongings in your yard, they do not have enough parking for our visits, the pool, even though you pay rent all year round, they can only use it on vacations and they have to go to the office to ask permission to enter with your family between 9 and 4 in the afternoon (they are welcome if you want to end up with a strong burn on your face and back,) they do not have some chairs or benches to be able to put your belongings. the office staff do not even allow you to enter the office, because they always attend you from the door and from there they do not allow you to pass, think carefully before buying a property here. I must say that this has been in decline after the pandemic! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Must say this is a very calm peaceful community the management is very polite and professional when it comes to any concerns or questions I do indeed recommend living here I’m sure you will love it

Have only lived here for 2 weeks. The manager answers any questions in a timely manner and is nice. The maintenance guy has fixed issues fast so far. Took my 8 year old son to the pool a couple times already, and the neighborhood kids seemed to treat him well and seemed nice. Haven't had any complaints so far! Happy I made the decision to move here.
