I'm just a delivery driver, I don't live here. One of the best apartment complexs I've been in, visited around 3pm on July 12th. Not only were they exceptional in helping me figure out that a customer I was delivering to no longer resided here, they gave me a bottle of cold water when I was dying from the heat, offered to help me get in the gate again, a map to get around better and just were friendly! I didn't get names but it was a young woman and young man in the office. The grounds were clean, buildings were easy to find and I even encountered the maintenance men multiple times who were super friendly. Thanks for making this drivers day so much better by simply being kind! ❤️

I came in today to look at apartments and I left very satisfied. I want to give much recognition to Bianca. When she answered the phone she was very polite and upbeat. Which I am a believer that the first huge impression that you make with your company is when you answer the phone. I was searching multiple complexes and I will say that I didn't even set an appointment with the others just based on their tone. I came in without any hesitation for my appointment at The Landing at Mansfield Apartments. I was then greeted by Johnathan with a huge welcoming smile on his face. He was also very upbeat and I knew right off of the bat that he was a positive person and genuine. He showed us around the complex; the upkeep is just gorgeous and welcoming. We then went to look at the unit and not only was I not rushed to being able to look thoroughly, we held conversation instead of that pushy, sales feel. The unit was well kept, the appliance also well kept. The features were awesome and I have to say I am a huge fan being a single mom that in such a nice complex they have very little required charges that you would normally get from a complex like this around here. I also appreciate that they not only have garage options which I could utilize as an additional storage unit at the same cost I would pay for a storage unit from an outside company. Also, with the size I need, he actually discussed how I might benefit with a smaller storage unit than the garage which meant he was listening because I had talked about this before we even went into the unit and he remembered. I never felt pushed into a decision and I loved hearing "well lets make this happen!" when we were done looking around and had made the decision to start the application process. I know this review is long but I just had to share in detail how great and easy this experience was and for any one looking into moving; they have a great team. Thank you again for the overall experience I was provided.

I’ve been living here for the past 6 months. What a great community it’s been, friendly neighbors, clean and beautiful. Yesenia is the manager here and has been amazing always helping me with any work orders I need to put in and getting them done in a timely manner. The staff also has been amazing always going above and beyond. I definitely recommend living here.

Just recently moved out to move out of state. Have lived there 3 1/2 years only complaint is the parking. Staff (Claudia and Bianca) were wonderful . Wish could have them here. Very happy with experience
