This is one of the better IHOPs. It's on southbound 287 at 157/Cooper. It's usually not crowded, there are generally attentive managers. The only reason for the 3 testing is they have some rule about answering the phone, so regardless of how many ACTUAL customers are waiting at the hostess stand to be seated, they answer the phone before they help you. I think it's a terrible policy because you just have to stand there and wait, and the staff acts like they don't see you. Managers and GM, a bird in the hand is worth three in the bush. Translation: Attend to your ACTUAL, present customers first and record a "Thank you, someone will be with you in a moment" message for the phone on ring 3. It's basic customer service.

Thank you to the staff at IHOP, Mansfield. They are always very courteous and professional. My favorite breakfast place to go. And management is outstanding. Thanks Jennifer for being so great.

very bad service, very bad attention, dirty menus with sauce and food, we asked for lemonade for my children and a glass seems to have been forgotten... I ordered food accompanied with bread and the bread arrived about 10 minutes after finishing eating. .. .. I am a traveler and this is the worst ...

Pretty standard IHOP. Easy access. The staff was super friendly our food was served within seven minutes of ordering. Unfortunately, we’re still in the Covid pandemic so you are required to enter this location with a mascon. We didn’t have mass and we’re lucky that Jennifer was able to give us two masks so that we could sit down and enjoy our breakfast. Thank you Jennifer. I have the spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise and a hash brown and he had the blueberry pancakes and two over hard eggs. I believe the bill was about 22 or $23, so that is affordable. The staff definitely made this a pleasant experience and they were really amazing and very attentive.You can never go wrong with breakfast and lunch foods
