Lovely area, management team was very nice and helpful. The self guided tour was really nice and the unit I reviewed was very nicely staged!

Lauren was very helpful. She gave me a picture of what apartment would look like then showed me one. She also explained that the one I was considering had a small yard. a very pleasant experience

Great customer service! Friendly staff which helped make my move in process smooth. They have smart services in their homes which is new to me, but they were helpful answering all my questions! Quiet community and love the scenery. Apartments are built well. I don't ever hear the neighbors. Location is great and near alot of restaurants! Would highly recommend.

I don’t understand why we pay so much for valet trash services when the dumpster is literally overflowing every day of the week. The trash spills out which makes it hazardous and unsanitary. There a few problems I have with these apartments, even though there are some good things as well. However, the lack of interest in solving the trash problem is really getting under my skin. We have been here for 3 years, and it has never been resolved. Why don’t the apartments invest in another dumpster at the other side of the complex?! There’s plenty of space, it would minimize the overflow problem, and it would finally justify the ridiculous fee you charge us every month for trash “services.” Oh and don't ever walk on ANY grass areas because you are bound to step on dog feces. I have literally seen people walk around with their dogs and NEVER pick up after them. I have offered them "poopie bags" in an effort to be friendly and remind them of their RESPONSIBILITIES, but most pretend that they don't need it, and honestly, it is not my job to do this. The office staff need to actually start fining people and sending warnings in an attempt to stop this. There have been so many changes in the office and in management, that I'm not sure who they are or if they can be trusted at this point. The staff is always courteous, and maintenance is quick, but it's not enough when there are so many fundamental issues with the apartment complex. They are not cheap, and yet they feel like the cheap apartments you don't really want to live at. Neighbors are loud, and kids constantly play in the breezeways, which is disturbing and annoying as well. I am also pretty sure that there are at least 6 people living across from us in what looks like a 2-bedroom. (However, I am not sure if it's a 2-bed...) Anyway, the point is that there are more cons than pros and we just aren't sure if we want to renew our lease for another year of this.
