Most dysfunctional location I have ever seen. Being run by teenagers that have no clue. Arrived 30 min after ordering for pickup, because it takes 2 hours for them to deliver. Told pizza in oven and almost done. 15 min later pizza not even made. So another 30 min later and behold pizza done. They put sign on door saying cash only because they are so backed up, heard girl say this. How about getting management in to run or close because it's not pizza worth waiting 1.5 hours.

Tried to order from here, usually great service. I was very disappointed not only with the service, but the interaction with an employee. I made an online order and waited 30 minutes and my order still said "being prepared". I made a call to this location and was told that they couldn't accept anymore deliveries and they tried to call me. I never received a call even after calling this location from the same number and them answering. We have been loyal dominos customers for years, but we will find somewhere else to go from here on.

Orders cold, 2 hours late. If you ask to speak to someone they respond with "hahah if you know anyone hiring tell them come apply" instead of acknowledge it was 2 hours late and I sat on hold 30 min and ended up picking my order up. She said she gave me my tip and delivery fee back but it never went on.

I ordered a large pizza for my daughter tonight while my wife and I were on a date. The order took almost 2 hours to be delivered tonight after receiving an email that it would deliver in 37-47 minutes. The tracker was stuck at checking quality for an hour and 20 minutes before delivering. I tried calling multiple times to check on the order, and no one ever answered. I finally drove to the store to find out the real status of the order and learned that they just sent it out for delivery. When I asked for a discount for how long it took to receive my order, I was told no because they are short staffed and everyone is having delays in delivery. I asked about the tracker and was told it's almost always wrong and that it doesn't take into account how many orders are ahead of mine. I suggested they might want to start telling people that so we don't expect the order based on the tracker status. They should also update their email order estimation timing as well. The managers basic attitude was this is just the way it is, and I need to accept poor execution and poor communication as the standard. You have successfully lost me as a customer based on this single egregious interaction and dismissive attitude of the manager.
