I moved out in June 2022 and paid my rent until a new renter was found. I received news of a tenant was moving in in Aug and my deposit would be refunded. the lady in the office is so rude and condescending when I called to inquire about my money its been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting on a check also she states the person that handles this is not in or on vacation this is not a Major complex and it's not global so only one person handles everything. i was very disappointed when I moved in versus what I seen on line.

This is my second year living here.. First year not a big deal because of recouping from coronavirus... This new year new employees in the office.. There is the most disrespectful, Nasty attitude, Angry at the world little white guy!! Some of the older tenants said that they brought him back!! Why??? If this is the example of Home I think my car is feeling so much safer!!!

Latinos who live in harrisburg are not going to move to this place... they just want your money and the office, not to mention. I felt super bad and spent a very uncomfortable year with a lot of noise from the train and the very small pool and the central air does not cool. And they steal your deposit, they look for any detail so as not to give you your money. You already know it, think about it before arriving at this place

I’d Rather Live Under A Bridge Then To Live Here . The stuff is so money hungry & inconsiderate. I had Covid & asked for an extra time to pay rent. They wanted to still come to my apartment to pick up “Cash” , I’ve Never Paid Rent in cash ! I wouldn’t recommend. They are very Nasty and rude.
