This property was a wonderful place to stay. Front desk manager Ajae was especially helpful and really made us feel welcome. Rooms were impeccable, food was good (loved the breakfast quesadilla), and staff was friendly and professional. Thanks!

Nice hotel but all food and beverage purchase based, can't get a complimentary cup of coffee. This hotel doesn't seem that nice. Overheard 2 bistro employees discussing the pricing being exorbitant and quality underwhelming while several patrons were present. Door on the east end of the building was broke, and the "security gate" on the outdoor patio doesn't secure.

Positive: The deep comfortable couch in room makes it feel like home when wanting to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful at front desk and housekeeping staff I encountered. Negative: Mattresses either need replaced or have pillow top foam added. I could feel the springs in my side all night and woke up sore multiple times trying to get comfortable.

I was treated horrible when they lost my reservation half way through my stay. I stay at the courtyard often. I had a change in plans so decided to book another day staying 2 nights instead of one. I came back to my room Saturday night and was locked out. Went to the service desk to have them redo my key and was rudely accused of not paying. After she aggressively accused me not paying, saying I did not have a reservation 4 times and demanded i give her my card. I gave her my card and showed her my confirmation email and that it had already been taken out of my account. After telling her i has it in my phone 4 times She finally asked for my confirmation number and pulled it right up. I felt like i was in trouble and kept apologizing when it was their deal. Never got an apology… just an i take my job seriously. So if you book make sure to have your confirmation number because at first she didn’t even care and was going to make me pay twice just to get my stuff. Very disheartening, don’t know that i will stay here again!
