I stay here frequently, and there is a reason. The front desk staff is always helpful and happy. The food is great. You have to try the sirloin. The bartenderess Faith makes you feel like you are at your favorite hometown pub which is a big plus when you are not at home or in your hometown.

We stay in a lot of different hotels. I am not a conplainer but this stay was the worst stay ive ever been in that i feel the need to let people know. Worst bed I've ever slept on, felt like sleeping on a board. Iron was broken, television sound kept mutingrequest items and never received them. We stayed at a cheaper hotel in Casper and it was better then this higher priced hotel. People were nice and place was clean.

Positive: Check in was outstanding and rooms exceeded expectations. Negative: The breakfast service was lackluster. One person working and took a while to get served even though there was nobody else in the restaurant. That was disappointing as every other experience was outstanding. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We couldn’t sleep for two nights due to guests who play the television until 3am with the volume as loud as possible. People were fighting and running up and down the hallways. We’ve never had an issue until this most recent stay. Management was notified and assured us we will stay in a section of the hotel that’s more quiet on our next stay. I hope they take guest input seriously or we’ll need to find somewhere else to stay.
