READ REVIEWS! Cause I sure didn't. Pulled threw at 1:30 AM and just needing a place to lay my head. Thank God it was only for the night. Place is a trash heap that needs to be torn down. Room was dirty even had mold in the bathroom and there was trash in the night stand drawer. Water damage to the ceilings and hanging dust. Curtain didn't close all the way. Holes in the walls along with stained bedding. And if that doesn't deture you the room smelt strongly of urine. I'd have asked for a new room but was told when checking in it was the last one open for the night. I will be contacting the company, definitely over priced and not up to the quality you'd expect for a Quinta hotel.

I was broke down and company provided room for a week here. Breakfast was a good variety but I didn't see any grits! Well I am a black guy and grits are a main staple.. I digress.. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were decent.. I felt an upgrade was needed but who am I to complain. It's free for me.. the nearest food place was right next door.. the fort.. they had a really good vibe for the mid to older crowd.. otherwise there was a indoor pool and spa.. I forgot my trunks..dangit

Attended a dance competition in Casper and thought we would turn it into a short family trip. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is small and needs updating. The breakfast was okay. The refrigerator did not work in one of our two rooms. While there was a pool and hot tub, the other visitors were not family friendly and both nights our 5 children attempted to swim they were drinking alcohol and smoking. The 2nd night we addressed our concerns with management. When they came into talk with the other residence they joined in with the smoking and laughing and left nothing done. We attempted to stay, but the music that was blaring from the overfilled hot tub and the unoccupied alcohol around the pool with not just our little ones running around, but others made us feel unnerved, so we left and decided to end our vacation after 2 nights instead of 3. We are disappointed that were were mislead that this was a family friendly nonsmoking hotel. Highly recommend a different hotel to stay in if you have children. Choose a different area of Casper all together.

Positive: The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were well-cleaned. The location is very accessible to Casper and the surrounding areas. Negative: The pool area was quite dirty. They had been fully booked the night before our arrival, so it made sense that there was some cleaning to do, but the hot tub and pool both needed some TLC. Carpet and fixtures are worn, but staff worked to clean them well.
