I brought my little brother in for a eye exam and we absolutely loved the doctor that did his exam she was very informative and answered all of our questions. However the front desk was horrible, the lady was very rude and we left feeling pretty uncomfortable and flustered.

Went to urgent care for an eye issue and they sent me here because my eye doctor couldn’t see me today.. I’ve never been here before but they scheduled my visit right away. When I arrived check in was easy and i had a minimal wait before I saw the doctor. She was great and very helpful. Overall i had a great experience and am grateful they saw me..

The staff is amazing. From the front desk to the doctor! The first office we’ve been to and the doctors didn’t rush through the appointment. The optical side is seriously the best! They’re so patient with my kids and my hundred questions lol. We always leave with big smiles on our faces. Very refreshing to see how this business is ran. The office itself is always clean!

We take many and most Mass Health plans but some we do not. It would be best if you called the office so that we could determine your insurance eligibility. We do not take the Mass Health Health Safety Net, Mass Health Limited, or Connect Care & HSN. We do take Mass Health Standard, PCC Plan, and Mass Health Care Plus.
Come in anytime during the day and we'll take care of you. Best if other than the end of the day to avoid traffic in the office.
How about a rude receptionist. Wanted to lecture me about turns. Don't think someone like this Pam should be working in this position. Especially when she proceeds to talk about me to other patients. Needs to be spoken to. Wantedto disipline me like a child. I was sitting there when she was speaking about me.
