I drive by Paintball Wizard everyday on my way into work and finally stopped in the other day. It was great realizing that Fabio who I've run into at my local field is also part of the team at PW. Yes, tanks are sent out for testing. Fee is 35. Reg is removed, bottle is sent for testing then when back reg is installed and tested. Make sure to check your tank can be tested as max life span for a bottle is 15 years.
Labor can range from 25 to 30 depending on issue. There is additional charge for items needed to finish repair - ex. Orings,detents,springs. Repairs can take about 1-2 weeks depending on workload at the time of dropoff. Charges are not made until after marker is repaired.
If they get stolen, file a police report with the description in the jurisdiction where they were stolen. Also, if this is a concern, take plenty of pictures ahead of time, document serial numbers, etc. After you file the report, proactively call local shops and fields so they can be on the lookout, and maybe include pawn shops in the mix too.
Yes we do offer a buy back option. We can take tanks (if in date), masks, hoppers, markers, packs. We do not do buy backs on clothing.
Hello Jonathan I am sorry to say we have not expanded repairs on all airsoft guns but are able to repair the tippmann line of airsoft guns.
