I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room I had was large and had a kitchenette. That came in handy since they do not have breakfast. I was in Casper for serving on a Grand Jury, and they have government rates so it was convenient. The next time I have to serve I will probably stay there. The bed I had was firm, which is what I like. They also have firm and soft pillows that are marked in their pillowcase, but I wasn't able to tell the difference between them.

I have really enjoyed my stay, my room was excellent having the bedroom separate the living room and kitchen. It has a small kitchenett with full size fridge, microwave, and a two burner cooktop. The bed I have is a firm, which I like. And they have both firm and soft pillows for the bed, but for me the firm is still soft. All the staff that I have interacted with have been friendly and pleasant. I will be back in town in about 4 months, and so I plan on staying here again.

We often stay at Candlewoods because they are usually clean with nice large rooms. This was no exception, the room was great. Unfortunately, the decision was made to put us directly under a room that evidently had construction going ALL NIGHT LONG. About 10 p.m. we noticed a lot of banging, things being dropped, even the noise of power tools. Finally at 3 a.m. we called the front desk. There was no answer so we had to call from an outside line using our cell phone. Finally got an answer and the person said they would call the room and ask them to be quieter. After that it did become a little quieter, but not what you would expect for sleeping. The thumping and noises continued until we checked out around 8 am. When we got outside the hotel and looked up at our room we could see the room directly above ours had plastic from the inside over the windows, this is what made us think it was a construction zone.

If you or your agent accidentally books an incorrect night and the hotel charges you a no show fee, make sure you document or get proof of your conversation from the front desk if they agree to reimburse you. This hotel went back on their word because they said The night had a full booking and could not agree to those terms.
