The location… perfect! Easy access to shopping and lots of food establishments close. Laundry facilities…. Clean, plenty of machines, complimentary products at front desk. Breakfast… really good choices for being included in room. Most of all… the staff. From desk persons to housekeeping to support staff. Friendly and sincerely helpful. Our AirBnB cancelled on us last minute and we needed a hotel quickly that accepted pets. We found the Residence Inn in Casper. Located in the heart of Casper, this hotel was conveniently located next to restaurants, the mall, and a short drive to downtown. Not only is this hotel newer, but it is extremely clean with very friendly staff. My husband and I were beyond satisfied with our 2 bedroom suite while traveling with our two daughters and dog. The layout of the 2 bedroom suite is perfect for families w/ 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with your essential cooking needs. My daughters enjoyed the indoor heated pool for evening swims and my husband and I appreciated the well equipped fitness center. The breakfast provided always had protein (sausage/eggs) as well as waffles and a wonderful assortment of fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries and of course coffee and juice. Not only was this hotel great for our kids but they welcomed our dog with a “doggie bag” full of biscuits and a roll of waste bags. There were several easily accessible areas marked on the hotel property to take your dog outside for his/her business. Long story short, the Residence Inn is hospitality done right. I will not only use this hotel again for future stays but will recommend it to family and friends as well.
