Great doctor and staff. I’ve been here twice- very thorough and patient helping me get the right contact lenses.

Needed a new contact lens prescription (because they expire annually). Called ahead and got a same day appointment. Did not need a Costco membership - I went straight in to the vision center (and then the Food Court after haha). Receptionist and Doctor were both very kind and professional, I was in and out pretty quickly, with my new prescription and some good samples to try.

The receptionist and the optometrist were very serious which made myself and my mother feel unwelcomed and I didn’t like the experience also.

Very poor experience with this locations Optical department. This location arbitrarily charges an extra $25 to teach you how to correctly use contact lenses. No other location in the area charges this fee. They would not let's is decline (we already know how to use contact lenses). The staff, both the Optometrist and receptionist, we're rude and couldn't explain why they would need to force this charge.

No, you don't.
Yes. Just make sure to bring your prescription and check that they accept your insurance if your using one. If not, its only $65 dollars out of pocket and you gotta be a Costco member too.
No appointment necessary.
