I went in Sunday at 8 am. I was surprised since most of my doctors don’t work on Sundays. The ENTIRE staff was super nice and the clinic is super clean. One of the ladies helped me pick out a frame for me and I must say I am super excited 😊 100% recommended this ophthalmologist to everyone!

Absolutely ridiculous! Scheduled a 9am appointment over a month ago. Arrived timely, to find that they book an army of people for the same time slot. We are still in COVID times, it is dangerously irresponsible to have a waiting room packed to the brim full of patients waiting over an hour to see a doctor. I have a newborn baby at home and firstly didn’t plan on being here for 3 hours to see a doctor and secondly felt extremely uncomfortable sitting elbow to elbow next to other patients. They don’t even require that patients wear a mask. The women next to me is coughing her lungs out, I had to move. This is shameful. Bronx Eye Associates, you need to do much better and respect people’s time! This is the last time I’ll be coming to this poorly ran office.

Front desk where nice but one I sat there what felt like forever with 3 small children the doctor who saw us was extremely rude saying over an over again how she needed to go home as if that was my problem my little one had a accident an she walks in like who did like if she was going to do something with that information then when she taking care of my 3 year which is very shy she’s asking him question and he didn’t really respond an with an attitude she turns around and say does he speak an to continue the story my one year old was crying an she turns around once again with an attitude asks me what happen I tell her no she just tried an as a normal children there curious and touching an she turns around an says don’t touch that in attitude one again as if they touched it was going to disintegrate an for the icing on top of it all when I go pick out my glasses like a normal procedure the lady offer me blue light with a charge of $199 an I told her the doctor said he only needed the glasses for ready not tv of tablet and well she wanted to continue to challenge me on it by saying if the doctor prescribed it is because he needs it which is false an very distasteful to basically force me to buy somthing I don’t need or want if I didn’t flip out in the moment because I was so stressed with my 3 little ones an was trying to keep my cool but I would never step foot in there after spending so many hours to see toddlers and get the worst treatment as they where see adults who can talk an understanding Perfectly fine
