Avoid this place. Staff, including the professionals, are rude and unhelpful. They had nothing at all to suggest for a near-blind 97 year old. What a disgrace!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lighthouse guild. I was referred by my doctor. I am a visually impaired professional who happens to work with another non profit that works with the blind. I called to the day of my appt to say that I was running late due to Access A ride. Anyone who works with the blind and visually impaired are fully aware of how unreliable AAR can be. Nonetheless i arrived exactly 15 mins late and the Dr refused to see me. I had traveled over 2 hours only to be refused an exam. I will never patron this organization nor refer my friends and family.
