The care is excellent and in most cases, free! What are people complaining about? Everyone in this office (The Bronx) is getting free government Obamacare type help. This is what y'all voted for and came to this country for, so stop complaining. The care is excellent. If you don't like it, maybe you can get better care elsewhere like the country you came from? (DR, India, Africa, Jamaica). So, go back there with your complaint. I am sure they have the best Drs. to see you in 5 min. wait time.

This place is like room for rent apply within. No one washes their hands or sanitized the room after the patient leave.

All of the reviews about this place is RIGHT! This place is a revolving door for that Medicaid & Healthfirst $$$$ for these doctors at this practice. The staff is their saving grace. They are professional and kind, but the doctors and owners of this place don't care about their patients. If they did, they wouldn't overbook. Most of their patients are elderly and by themselves and it's pretty sad to see how there aren't even enough seats and how long the wait time is, because of the overbooked appointments! They (management & doctors) know exactly what they are doing here. Doctors spend 2 minutes with patients once called, meanwhile patients wait 3-4 hours minimum just to see them! They should read these reviews and make some changes- but that Medicaid Money is $$$$$ filling their pockets, so🤷🏽‍♀️. It was never this way pre-pandemic. What a sham!

I only gave it two stars because this place schedules way too many appointments in one day and the waiting time is the worst. Once you get to see your doctor it's good service but not only do they overbook appts but they don't have enough seats for the patients who have had surgery.
